Delete Your Account & Data
Permanently delete your FreshGreet account and all associated data.
Delete Account (In the App)
- Open the FreshGreet app
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
This permanently deletes your account and all data associated with it.
Delete Data Only (In the App)
- Open the FreshGreet app
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Data
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
This deletes your generated images, saved gallery, and usage data while keeping your account active.
Already Uninstalled the App?
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at aniniwtf@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" or "Delete My Data". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- All generated and saved images
- Saved gallery and favorites
- Calendar and contact data stored in our system
- Usage history and preferences
What Is Not Affected
- Subscriptions — Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account.
- Anonymous analytics — Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained.
